PRODUCT LICENSE
The following terms explain how you may use Sparkle & Speckle products. Please refer to the license that applies to your purchase.
Your purchase grants permission to use the product as described below. Ownership of the original designs, artwork, and files is not transferred to you.
TEMPLATE LICENSE
You may customize and use these templates for your own personal projects or your own business, including branding, marketing, social media, and shop materials.
You may not sell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the templates or their individual design elements, whether in their original or modified form.
This license does not permit you to use the templates to create editable templates for sale or distribution.
CLIPART COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE
Allowed Uses
You may use these graphics in personal projects and physical or digital end products for sale, including branding, logos, packaging, stationery, printables, and social media designs.
You may include the graphics in templates for sale only when incorporated into a flattened background design. The graphics must not be supplied as separate editable elements or individual downloadable files.
Restrictions
You may not sell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the original graphics, individually or as part of a clipart bundle, graphics pack, or competing resource.
You may not make the original SVG or PNG files available for others to download or reuse, including through an otherwise permitted end product.
You may not claim the original artwork as your own. Changing its colors, size, or arrangement does not transfer ownership of the artwork to you.
FONT LICENSE:
Allowed Uses
You may use the font for personal and commercial projects, including logos, branding, physical products, ebooks, and digital designs for sale. No credit is required.
You may install the font on your own device and upload it to your own Canva or Corjl account to create permitted designs. Embedding within these platforms is permitted for this purpose.
Designs supplied to customers must contain flattened text or text converted to outlines, so the font file is not supplied or made available for reuse.
Restrictions
You may not sell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the font file.
You may not modify or convert the font file to create another font for sale or distribution.
You may not use the font in editable templates for sale or distribution.
You may not embed the font in websites, apps, games, or software. Uploading it to your own Canva or Corjl account for the permitted uses above is an exception.
SINGLE WEBSITE LICENSE
Each website theme purchase permits use on one website or store.
An additional license must be purchased for each additional website or store where you wish to use the theme.
You may customize the theme and supplied website templates for the licensed website or store.
You may not sell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the theme files, supplied templates, or individual design assets, including modified versions.
FOOTER CREDIT
The Sparkle & Speckle site design credit and its link must remain visible in the website footer.
This requirement continues to apply if you customize the theme or engage another designer to make changes.
MODIFICATIONS
You may change colors, text, images, and layouts to suit the uses permitted by your product’s license.
Modifying a product does not give you permission to resell, share, or redistribute its source files, editable templates, or individual assets.
The permission to sell end products made with clipart or fonts remains subject to the relevant license above.
GENERAL TERMS
Uses outside the permissions described above require prior written permission from Sparkle & Speckle.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
By purchasing a product, you agree to the license terms made available at the time of purchase.
